The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was impressively clean, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night. Breakfast offered a variety of traditional foods and featured amazing coffee, making mornings enjoyable. However, the promised business center facilities were non-functional, and despite multiple requests, the printer issue remained unresolved, which was disappointing. Staff interaction varied. while the check-in was quick, the lack of follow-up on the business center deficiency could be improved.

The breakfast was a highlight for sure, the lady managing it worked non-stop keeping everything fresh and full, amazing for the kiddos. Also, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home, from check-in to checkout.

It was just a suitable option for a transient stop in Springfield with great value for the money. The breakfast had some hot items that were enjoyable, which was a nice surprise. Be prepared to deal with older facilities.

I was really disappointed during my stay. The door to my room was incredibly difficult to open, which was frustrating after long days of traveling. It felt like I had to wrestle with it every time I came back. Also, the air conditioning in the room hardly worked, leaving me uncomfortably hot at night. To top it off, I encountered long waits at the front desk when I needed assistance, as staff kept leaving and ignoring the line of guests.
